The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment and material to replace a deficient single-span bridge located on a tributary of the Little Susitna River within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough.  The contract requires construction of a temporary vehicular bridge, removal and disposal of the existing bridge, and replacement bridge construction.  The replacement bridge will be constructed as close as possible to the existing bridge alignment and location.  The scope includes minor amounts of roadway work to meet the adjusted deck elevation and alignment.
