As requested by the owners of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Chugach View Estates, the Borough Planning Commission has initiated the process to exdlude these lots from the Chugach View Estates Single-Family Residential Land Use District, in accordance with MSB 17.75.030(C)(1).

Location:

The Chugach View Single-Family Residential Land Use District is located within Township 17 North, Range 1 East, Section 16, Seward Meridian.

The Planning Commissin will conduct a public hearing concerning this application on Monday, March 18, 2013 in the MSB School District Administration Building, at 501 N. Gulkana Street, Palmer.
