Donating items

The Animal Shelter happily welcomes your donations.  We're often in need of the following items for the animals -

• washable linens such as towels and non-stuffed blankets
• washable toys
• small plastic litter pans
• litter scoops
• nail trimmers in all sizes
• pet shampoo
• bandanas for Adoption Day
• dog treats
• cat treats
• "thank you" gifts for adopters
• monetary donations

The staff at the front desk can provide you with a receipt when you drop off donations.

Donating your time

Join our Shelter Volunteer Program to donate your time.

Volunteer activities include:

• walking dogs
• socializing cats
• grooming
• kennel cleaning
• laundry
• folding linens
• running the dishwasher
• decorating
• tidying
• offsite adoption events
• offsite shot clinics
