Borough CodeBorough code continually changes as new ordinances are adopted by the Assembly. The Borough has moved to "on-demand" codification.  This means that legislation is typically codified within 10 days of adoption by the Assembly.

Platting Actions

Title 16 was replaced with Title 27 with the adoption of Ordinance Serial No. 06-147(AM), however it is still valid for some continuing platting actions. Title 16 has been supplied for those instances.

Title 27 was replaced with Title 43 with the adoption of Ordinance Serial No. 11-072, however it is still valid for some continuing platting actions.  Title 27 has been supplied for those instances.
