This project consists of the design and construction of a two story addition situated within the east court yeard of the Dorothy Swanda Jones building.

The purpose of borough land sales is to make vacant borough-owned real property available for development whre and when it is in the best interest of the borough, and feasible to do so.

The project involves a new facility in excess of 6,000 square feet, to be located adjacent to the existing Alpine Historical Site in Sutton.

The wetlands bank and its operation has been established in Borough Code (23.05.075)
