Mat-Su–This week on the Mayor's Minute, Matanuska-Susitna Borough Mayor Larry DeVilbiss will talk about defending the Record of Decision on the Port MacKenzie Rail, a port technical advisor, a Meadow Lakes Park playground reappropriation, a communications tower with the Mat-Su Borough and Anchorage,  the Susitna state forest bill, procurement and utility contracts, two new bridges as well as Port Commisioner Jay Nolfi.
