Spring Clean Up is designed for organized community clean up of public right-of-ways and public lands. It is NOT intended for the clean up of private properties. However, one coupon, with a $12 value, is mailed to each resident that owns developed property each spring.

The Borough encourages everyone to get involved in cleaning up our community.   An authorization letter is required for disposal at no cost during the clean up, these letters are available from the Central Landfill Clean Up Assistant, gatehouse attendant, or nearest transfer site attendant. You will need to provide the name of the community group, address, phone number, date(s) of disposal and the refuse site you will be using.

ALPAR bags, used for collecting trash, are available at Central Landfill and local transfer sites,  If possible, please pick up bags two weeks prior to your clean up event.
