This website provides contracting opportunities currently available through the Purchasing Division of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Whenever feasible, the full text of the solicitation package and addenda, if applicable, are posted on the site and are available for download. To view these files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader v7.0 or higher. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free of charge.
If it is not feasible to post the full solicitation on this web site because of size or complexity, you will need to contact the Purchasing Division either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at (907) 861-8601 to acquire the documents. There may be a fee charged for documents that are picked-up or mailed. If paying by check or money order, make check payable to the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and mail it to 350 E. Dahlia Ave., Palmer, AK, 99645-9724. Payment must be received before documents will be released to the requestor.
Caution: Obtaining solicitation packages from this website DOES NOT add you to our Plan Holder's list for that solicitation. Therefore, you will not receive any addenda issued for that solicitation. You must contact Purchasing to be added to the Plan Holder's.
