Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified design-build teams to design and construct an extension of the Central Landfill Shop. The Central Landfill is located at the southern terminus of North 49th State Street off of the Palmer Wasilla Highway, three miles from Palmer. The existing shop serves as a handling and storage facility.

Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) requests proposals from qualified IT consultant firms to create and deliver a SharePoint Training Program for Borough personnel. This training can be instructor led or self-paced and will include Generic SharePoint User Training, MSB SharePoint Training, and SharePoint Power User Training. The overall goal of this project is to establish a SharePoint Training capability at the Borough that will accommodate existing training and future MSB employee training requirements.

Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for basic banking and other related services. The selected contractor must provide accurate and timely services, provide automated efficient and standardized banking and related processes, and provide secure access to bank information. Proposers are encouraged to describe any innovative services that will accomplish the desired goals of this RFP. Although not required, Proposers may provide information on any other banking-related services that might be beneficial, may increase efficiencies, and be cost-effective to the Borough.

Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services to design an addition to the Willow Public Safety Building station 12-1 and improvements to the existing Station. The site is located at 32054 W. Parks Highway (approximately mile 70, Parks Highway), Willow, Alaska. The design shall accommodate fire and ambulance vehicles, space for future living/sleeping quarters, a training room, administrative offices, secure storage and other spaces.
