Borough Admin Bldg. Phase 2
This project will upgrade HVAC system, fire protection, back-up generator, electrical, digital controls, and some remodel of existing spaces in the Dorothy Swanda Jones (DSJ) administration building in Palmer. Additionally, this will begin the commissioning of three new roof top units to the existing facility.
Phase II includes upgrades to the HVAC system, fire protection, back-up generator, electrical, and digital controls. Work is complete in the basement where the Purchasing Division is located. The final phase of work will balance air and hydronic systems and the installation of fire proofing above the ceiling in the assembly offices. Work is complete with a substantial completion inspection conducted Oct 27, 2017. Punch list items are being corrected with the contract expected to be closed by December.
