Scorpion Grass Marijuana Cultivation and Retail – Conditional Use Permits
Applications for a conditional use permit under MSB 17.60 – Conditional Uses, has been submitted for the operation of a marijuana cultivation facility and an application for a conditional use permit has been submitted for the operation of a marijuana retail facility.
Location: The proposed uses are located at 266 South McCallister Drive (Tax ID# 7267B01L001A); within Township 17 North, Range 1 West, Section 7, Seward Meridian.

Public Hearing: The Planning Commission will conduct two public hearings concerning two applications for a conditional use permit on Monday, January 21, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Borough Assembly Chambers located at 350 E. Dahlia Avenue in Palmer. This may be the only presentation of these items before the Planning Commission and you are invited to attend.
Comments are due on or before December 31, 2018 and will be included in the Planning Commission packet for the Commissioner’s review and information. Please be advised that comments received from the public after that date will not be included in the staff report to the Planning Commission.
