Hatcher Pass State Recreation Area - Open

The Department of Natural Resources has created a web-based incident report for recreational user conflicts in the East Hatcher Pass Management Area.

Collected information may be used to assist DNR in identifying recreational conflict types and areas of conflict. These reports will not necessarily result in active enforcement or investigation. Additional information can also be provided to the area rangers by contacting the Mat-Su Area Headquarters at 907-745-8950.

3/01/19 From ASP Blue skies and sunny days have been the trend for the last week. No new snow has fallen in Hatcher Pass this week.

3/3/19 Archangel Road Mat Su Ski Club re-groomed the non-motorized section was groomed for skate and classic tonight. The trail is in great shape after the fresh dusting of snow.
